Kentucky was trained at Euro Horse stables. This stallion was competing at international level with Jos Verlooy before being sold to the United States.
Sire: For Pleasure (Furioso II x Grannus) was voted best progenitor in 2016. Among others Fit for Fun, For Joy van’t Zorgvliet, Finou, Flora de Mariposa, Epleaser van’t Heike, E-Muze YEK and Barron jumped so well in 2016 tat For Pleasure was at the top rankings. He himself was also very successful at the highest level with Marcus Ehning.
Dam: The dam of Kentucky is Diamanthina van’t Ruytershof (Diamant de Semilly x Carthargo) who was successful at the highest level with Constant van Paesschen. Diamanthina is the full sister of the top stallion Emerald van’t Ruytershof who was active at the highest level with Harrie Smolders. Emerald was second in the world cup final in Gothenburg (2016) and was a finalist at the Olympic Games in Rio.
