Description

A winner straight away: Casalou PS, in his first show jumping season with Jana Fink and Eiken Sato/JPN in the saddle, achieved no fewer than nine victories in young horse jumping ability classes at A and L levels with grades of up to 9.0. This young crack with a lot of attitude and strength completed his HLP in Adelheidsdorf in 2021 with a total of 8.63 as reserve winner behind his station neighbor Chaccothage Blue PS. The judges drew the 9.5 for his ability.

Sire Casallco won the Grand Prix of Opglabbeek/BEL under Philip Rüping, was second in Paderborn, fourth in Riesenbeck, seventh in the Grand Prix of Lastrup and got a double clear in the Nations Cup in Drammen/NOR. The path of our OS reserve winner, Ib main premium winner, HLP ideal jumper (three times the dream mark 10) and Bundeschampionat qualifier clearly points to the absolute top sport. Just like that of his descendants, to whom he gives his almost limitless fortune as a tool. Several Casallco sons have been licensed, including the OS Champion Stallion, HLP show jumping winner and Cavoiro – H OLD/Tobias Meyer, who was successful in the international Youngster Tour. In the starting blocks are the Oldenburg and Vice Deister show jumping champions Casa Lady Love PS/Lennard Runge (6y.), the Hanoverian Vice Show Jumping Champion Cosima/Harm Wiebusch, who came seventh at the Bundeschampionat and Casallbertin/Patrick Stühlmeyer (6y.) sold via the PSI auction, the Vice Deister Show Jumping Champion Cajulio and Conny Blue PS who placed third. Cristo/Hergen Forkert, Caskkato TW/Scott Dollemore/GBR and Cajulio/Simon Nizri/MEX are already on the road internationally. The Casallco daughter St.Pr.St. Casalena became the second reserve champion mare at the Westphalian elite show. Also highly rated on the 1c rank: Caramba. The Casallco daughter St.Pr.St. Casalena became the second reserve champion mare at the Westphalian elite show. Also highly rated on the 1c rank: Caramba. The Casallco daughter St.Pr.St. Casalena became the second reserve champion mare at the Westphalian elite show. Also highly rated on the 1c rank: Caramba.

There are other offspring from the dam Balcanna that were successful in young horse jumping ability tests, as well as the international 1.45 meter show jumper Livellouet (by Livello).

The dam’s sire Balou du Rouet, himself successful in advanced level jumping, fathered the Olympic team silver winner Baloutinue/Laura Kraut/USA, the World Championships individual and European Championship team bronze winner and World Cup eighth-placed Bianca/Steve Guerdat/SUI, the European Third in the team Saura de Fondcombe/Nadja Peter Steiner/SUI and the individual bronze winners of the European Eventing Championships Corouet/Sarah Bullimore/GBR. Not only is he by far the most successful son of his famous father, the Olympic champion and three-time World Cup winner Baloubet du Rouet, but he is also currently in the top 15 or top twelve of the world’s best show jumping and best eventing sires according to the WBFSH.

The granddam Quintera placed in the international 1.60 meter course with Leon Thijssen/NED and Jaroslaw Skrzyczynski/POL. She also brought the 1.40 meter jumper Clinton’s Star (by Clinton).

The two evergreens Kannan and Quick Star follow in the pedigree.

From the third dam Quicosse some other international show jumpers, such as Quality Street (by Calvaro Z; 1.60 meter jumping), Conthicosse PS (by Conthargos; 1.40 meter jumping), Kacosse (by Kannan; 1, 40 meter jumping test), Cendimo’s Star PS (by Centadel; 1.30 meter jumping test), Kaskari (by Kannan; 1.40 meter jumping test) and Quilara (by Calvaro Z). The latter placed with Andreas Kreuzer in 1.40 meter classes and produced the licensed and internationally successful Sanvaro (by Sandro Boy) as well as other 1.40 meter show jumpers.

Oldenburg line of Edoste, from which our dressage sire Fürst Romancier and numerous other stallions, show jumpers and dressage horses also come.

Granddam Quintera placed internationally in the 1.60 meter course
