Description

Baloutaire PS achieved top placings in international 1.45 meter classes under Philip Rüping. The sporty designed course crack continues his career. Already at his HLP in Adelheidsdorf he had his remarkable willingness to perform (9.5), rideability (8.25) and his good canter (8.0) attested.

Baloutaire PS, who was used for breeding for the first time in 2019, also made positive headlines with his promising foals in breeding.

The absolute elite of the world’s best show jumping sires are united in the pedigree of Baloutaire PS, starting with his father Balou du Rouet. Even successful in 1.40 meter jumping, he fathered the Olympic team silver winner Baloutinue/Laura Kraut/USA, the World Championships individual and European Championship team bronze winner and World Cup eighth Bianca/Steve Guerdat/SUI, the European Third in the team Saura de Fondcombe/Nadja Peter Steiner/SUI and the individual bronze winner of the European Eventing Championships, Corouet/Sarah Bullimore/GBR. Not only is he by far the most successful son of his famous father, the Olympic champion and three-time World Cup winner Baloubet du Rouet, but he is also currently in the top 15 or top twelve of the world’s best show jumping and best eventing sires according to the WBFSH.

The dam’s sire Chacco-Blue, himself third in the Aachen Grand Prix and winner of the Neumünster Grand Prix, has been the absolute number one in the WBFSH ranking list since 2017. The breeding account of the elite stallion goes back to the Olympic champion, European Championship individual silver and team bronze winner and Global Champions Tour winner Explosion W/Ben Maher/GBR, the Olympic sixth place Chanyon/Daisuke Fukushima/JPN, and the European team champion Chaqui Z/Shane Sweetnam/IRL and second in the Nations Cup final, Chacon/Eoin McMahon/IRL etc. Chacco-Blue produced the most offspring at almost all championships, so there were eight at the 2018 World Equestrian Games in Tryon/USA. Around 55 of his sons were licensed.

The 1.50 meter show jumper Stakalite (by Stakkatol) descends from the granddam Nema.

Voltaire, who came third, achieved international triumphs under Jos Lansink/BEL. In 1989 he ended his show jumping career by winning the Berlin Grand Prix and second place in the Leeuwarden/NED Grand Prix. Due to the successes of his offspring, such as Finesse, Play it Again, Altaire, Concorde, Dante, Especiale, Helios, Kahlua, Kannan, Limmetair and Lexicon, Voltaire is considered the chef de race in France and has always held a top position among sires worldwide .

Quidam de Revel, in the fourth generation, won team bronze at the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona/ESP under Hervé Godignon/FRA and finished fourth in the individual ranking. From 1993 under the saddle of Thomas Velin/DEN, he won the Grand Prix of Hanover and took fifth place in the World Cup show-jumping in Helsinki/FIN. He set standards with his offspring and was listed as Chef du Race Mondial in his native France, just like his grandfather Almé and his father Jalisco B.

The dam line of the Baloutaire PS is of French origin. The 94 mare family produced stallions such as Belphegor IV, Fair Play III, Lyndon and Veneur du Prêlet and the Olympic champion of London/GBR 2012, Nino des Buissonnets under Steve Guerdat/SUI.

Closely related to the Olympic champion Nino des Buissonnets
